Do I Need to Pay for My Return?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of our valued customers. These costs can vary based on your location, ranging from €15 to €28. We recommend sending your return with track and trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Making a Return:
If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied with your product, you are welcome to return it within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions listed at the bottom of the page. Upon receiving your return, we will process a refund to your account within 14 days.
Please note, return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer and are not covered by TinyTote. Our return address is directly to our supplier and return shipping costs can be up to €28 per package. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for the product's use, we may deduct this depreciation from your refund or not accept the return. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.
Returning your product is easy and can be done in four simple steps:
- E-mail us with the reason for your return and photos for clarification. Click here to contact us.
- Fill out our cancellation form. Send the goods to our warehouse address provided on the form. Include a tracking number and submit it through our online return form. Click here to access the online return form.
- Once we receive your return, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.
Please be aware that some products are excluded from the right to return, such as custom-made products, consumables, opened products, and items that are damaged or incomplete.
