Received a Defective Product?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! Occasionally, products may get damaged during transit. In such cases, we always send a replacement package at no extra charge for the first occurrence. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund at this stage. If the replacement product also arrives defective, we will then refund the full purchase price.
Lost or Returned Packages?
In instances where a package is lost or undelivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before initiating our refund and return policy.
Delivery Outside of Home or Post Office
When a package is delivered to your home or left at a post office, we have covered the delivery charges. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to our supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the amount to be refunded to you.
Delivery Times
The processing time for an order is 2 to 3 days.
The average delivery time is 6 to 12 working days.
